2010, The Year of Development:
We spent over a year working on gear for TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) and developed a large array of gear designed to help streamline the life saving process. We took our role very seriously always keeping in mind how important this gear is and the fact that seconds can save lives. We were inspired to put everything we could into making the best kit possible!
We focused on making every module a load that could be man carried comfortably for long distances if necessary and how best to package each piece of equipment for rapid deployment and a quick pack and dash. Since we have spent over 20 years developing both load carriage and packing systems we felt our experience here made us the right team for this important work, but we could not have achieved what we did without the help of others.
We had the honor of working with highly trained and experienced individuals who had all lived the life and put themselves on the line for our country, fellow soldiers and simply to do what was needed. These great individuals offered us their experience and their insight into the reality of TCCC. We had many long brainstorming sessions tapping into decades of experience and in the process we made what I believe will be lasting friendships.
We would like to give a very sincere Thank You and salute to our friends who took the time to meet and brainstorm with us!
Dave Spence, Matthew Griffin, Barry Steele, Glen Wells, Ish Antonio, Jeremy Hyldahl, and Ted Westmorland for their unselfish contributions to this project!
