Granite Gear Shipping Policy
In almost all cases, your order will ship within three business days. If you need your gear sooner than this, please use one of our many online retailers that offer expedited shipping options. We are only able to ship to address within the US and we are not able to deliver to PO boxes. When your order ships, you will receive an email that will include tracking information.
Return Policy
Unused items in resalable condition (with original tags and packaging) can be returned for any reason within 30 days of their purchase. They should be sent to:

We strongly encourage you to use a shipping method that provides delivery confirmation and\or tracking.
Please include a copy of your invoice or your name, address, day time phone number and/or email address, along with a brief explanation of why you returned the product. Products with defects in materials and workmanship can be returned to same address for warranty evaluation. If we find the problem is due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we will contact you with a repair estimate
