Warranty returns and repairs
If you believe you have a product that is defective in materials or workmanship, you can return it to us for warranty evaluation. We will repair or replace it, or, if we find that the item is not defective, provide estimate of the repair cost. It is not necessary to provide proof of purchase. Repairs of items with problems due normal wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse will be repaired for a reasonable cost. Please send your product to us in a clean condition (see cleaning instructions).
